Still got a couple of weeks before the end of the month so if you order from Amazon now, you should have it in time.

You might go to a barber and ask them who their suppliers are locally and contact the supplier to see if them import that stuff here. I can imagine the market being all that big here and the Indian community would be about the only ones to have sufficient growth to warrant using it. That's also an idea, go down to Little India on Serangoon Road and ask around at maybe an indian barber there. They may be able to point you in the right direction.

Another distinct possibility would be to go to Mustafa's as they have just about everything you could want there, especially for the Indian Community at large.
