If it's size you want Orchard Scotts has a 70 metre lane, but unfortunately only one.

Several buildings I looked at had official 25m/50m lap pools.

Vision Crest - 25m lap pool

Residences @ Evelyn - 50m lap pool

Ameryllis Ville - 25m lap pool

1 Moulmein Rise - 50m lap pool
