hi,
does anyone know of a buffet dinner that includes chicken rice ?
Its my sons favourite food (along with chocolate fondue) so we'd like to try a buffet dinner for his birthday. He'll be the happiest boy ever if we can find him unlimited chicken rice.
I know hawker stalls may be better, but we'd like to please the whole family if we can and a buffet is the best way to do this.
Any suggestions please ??

hi Kiwigal
you could contact the Straits Kitchen at the Hyatt Hotel. Their buffet features local food. I haven't tried it myself so I can't rate it. I was watching Anthony Bourdain on television and he was eating there and the food looked yummy.

I can confirm that Straights Kitchen has chicken rice among its options and its actually pretty good.
Another tip: the Chatterbox at the top of the Meritus Mandarin offers chicken rice 24hrs. Also quite good but very pricey!
