I lost 30kg in 1 year...
Hard work...
I'm taking Hoodia, Carnitine and Tonalin
Plus I'm still doing cardio workout -> marathon training 2hours of running a day for 5 days a week.
The hard part is getting you started on the threadmill and all of the pain you will get in the first time...
After the third month, It will be just a smooth sailing.
Also do your workout in the evening... before dinner...
After workout just get a protein milkshake (usually it fills me up and helps the muscle to build)

I lost 26kg in 5 months and 3 days and didn't take chemical crap or anything at all other than fresh unprocessed foods and didn't exercise either. Seems there is weight loss without pain after all........
Plus I got rid of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high uric acid levels. Now I'm getting fit without damaging my joints due to excess weight (always a hazard when trying to lose massive amounts of weight in a gym or on a treadmill or running).

Before you throw good money after bad, determine how much weight you really need to lose.
If you are only slightly overweight, go to the gym like Body will advise.
However, if you are officially carrying around enough weight to be classified as having a BMI that is "Obese" or "Morbidly Obese" then stay far away from the gym and people like Body or Opt or, for that matter, anybody who tells you to exercise to get rid of the weight. Once you are that heavy you need to remove the majority of the weight FIRST without exercise as you are only going to do serious damage to your joints and could even cause a heart attack.
You need to go on a doctor monitored weight loss program (one without stuffing yourself full of pills or using silly things like rubbing used motor oil or coffee all over your body
). Being Obese or larger is a disease just like Alcoholism and you need to recognize it for what it is. It onset may be emotional in nature and may stem from something in your childhood or any emotional crisis at some point in your life that destroyed your self esteem. Any weight loss program that has to remove huge quantities of weight may well need to be accompanied by appointment with a psychologist as well to get to the root of your emotional need to eat "comfort" foods. It will also teach you to recognize your emotional triggers as well.
Once you get within a couple of kilo of your target weight (at least the upper end of the normal range or the lower end of "Overweight", THEN it's time to start an exercise regime to rebuild your fitness in a manner that will not cause you even more medical problems.

For those asking me for information on the weight loss program I used, I will only reply to PM's. Additionally, unless you need to lose more then 10 kg just to get into Normal BMI, then this program is not for you as it is extremely rigid BUT also extremely effective. If you have less than 10kg to lose, unless your are only 1.45m tall, the gym would be a better bet. However, if you are close to that weight excess and really determined to be serious about losing it, then and only then, PM me as I don't like wasting my time for people who are looking for magic bullets without effort. The program extremely easy to do but is rigid execution and if you do not complete it you will most likely regain the weight again and possibly even more.
Am I trying to discourage you? Yes. Most who frequent these threads want magic without effort. Doesn't happen. Not with a good weight loss program and not with a gym & personal trainer. If you want it, you have to work for it. There are no shortcuts.

Phentermine
I will recommend Phentermine, in singapore you need to get it from the doctor and it is called duramin from 3M australia.
I lose 15-20kg in 2 months
Do not bother to buy online as it is not available. Phentramin is not the same as phentermine. BEWARE!
