I know someone on this forum who lost 17kg in the FIRST months alone as a result of achievements I had when I was on the program (they are currently still on the program). sports? no. what sort? sort of. diet? sort of. pills? no. etc.
Called a lifestyle change and learning how to eat all over again. works. today I'm 3 months finished and still weight the same as when I finished. BUT..........
It's very rigid and not for those looking for a quick fix or magic bullet. (which leaves out the majority of our readers here.)

Hi SMS, may I know what program you are on? I am watching my diet and I go to the gym twice a week but no much weight loss so far. I would be interested in your program. Many thanks.

Yup SMS, I'd love to know what program you used as well. I've realized that quick fixes wont ever work, and I'm sick of relapsing into my previous eating habits each time after I've lost some weight. Time to make some serious changes.

Here's my 3rd post.
Hi SMS,
Read about your post under another thread <<Any ways to slim down asap?>> with regards to achieving fast and rapid weight loss for obese people. Agree that for an extremely obese person, the main objective is to lose weight till a comfortable level before we start on an exercise regime to re-build on our fitness. Otherwise, guess it difficult to do any cardios with extra weight around which inadvertly will create more pressure on the knees. I need to shed at least 50kg before start to condition my muscles.
Like you, I would like to become a new woman too. Hope to get a PM from you soon.
**will try to hit another 2 posts in other threads. Regret for spamming this thread.
