Hi, is there any loan out there I can take to buy
condo in Singapore? What is the requirement for such scheme?

There are hundreds, every day ads in the newspaper and in your letter box, banks are fighting each other for you to take out a mortgage.

you can contact some loan shark. their schemes are very flexible.
