Loan for condo

Hi, is there any loan out there I can take to buy condo in Singapore? What is the requirement for such scheme?

There are hundreds, every day ads in the newspaper and in your letter box, banks are fighting each other for you to take out a mortgage.

Thanks for your info. I've just been here for few days and still in getting used with the environment.
Do you have recommendation about the banks I should approach for this?

you can contact some loan shark. their schemes are very flexible.
