I m truly disappointed bec I was told that I was selected after the swim and I had high hopes now it's all dashed!!

if they were not sure they should not have commented and today Peggy told me they have not called all shortlisted... I give up la mframe... They will not call la... I feel like crying la

hey rosemoon. i got the info from peggy herself. is your info reliable? anyways, its been 2 weeks since the interviews. i'll just take it that i'm not accepted then. if they do call, it'll be a big bonus.(:

She said that those who r selected will rec call... When I told her that sine have rec the calls but sone have not she said not all who r shortlisted r called yet... That's y I was confused bec u said that she said all have rec the calls.. Aiyoh I feel sooo confused la

Rosemoon, if this really is what you want to do, don't give up so easily. There will always be setbacks in life. Its how you deal with them that matters. Anyway, if Peggy said that not all those who are shortlisted have been called up, then there's still hope. Stay positive!

Theres another thread for the Emirates interview on the forum. I'm planning to go just to see what their interview process is like and try my luck. Anyone else thinking of going?

Hi Rosemoon, please dont be disheartened.
I went for the Thursday, round 2. Guess what? After I hand in the test paper, I was told by one of the male crew that I stood high chances. I just smiled at him and kept telling myself not to get my hopes so high until it was confirmed.
True enough, after they annouced the results, I was not shortlisted for the next round. I was shocked and despaired. I dont know why he would comment like that and get my hopes so high. I came to terms and tell myself to try harder next time. You should too..

Well, I did cry though.

I doubt so there is any time frame. Btw, you may want to try SQ. They are having walk-in interview soon, if I'm not wrong 2nd April 2011.

in case if anyone is still reading this thread about JQ recruitment, it was announced during the contract signing yesterday that only max 27 people were selected to go for the upcoming training school in mid-Apr. those remaining ones still stand a chance if anyone from these 27 people dropped out due to dis-qualify of medical or security clearance or willing give up his/her offer to be JQ cabin crew. Final result will only be out by the end of march after everyone submitted their cert and clearance.
