Curious to read about personal opinions and first hand experiences, after moving in.
Love the amenities? facilities? transportation? view? etc?

So what's all the location, location, location stuff?
You chose to ignore your own advice?
What sort of an answer is that? Why did you even bother?

chill man. who rattle your cage? location, location, location can be anything, not just location on a
property! could be a location for me to pinch a loaf. location for my kopitam. location in geylang i like to visit. location of my sambal for my prawn mee (i like it in the middle, not at the side).
anyway, did you not notice the OP is a bit fishy in all his/her posting? did you not smell something?

Amenities - OK.
Facilities - very good (workout room, nice pool, BBQ stations, putting green, driving cage, tennis courts, community garden).
Transport - bus lines nearby, MRT short bus ride away, but have own car.
View - seaview.
Hope that was helpful.
