Dear colleagues-to-be

FIrst of all, congrats to all of you who have been through all the rounds of interview and welcome to the family of sin base CX! It is exciting to have you guys joining us :)

I am currently with CX for over a year for now, yes excited and still is.:) Training in hk is very fun trust me, you get clicks here and there... but everyone should stay together as a base no matter what :) Singapore base has bulit a good reputation over the past 14 months and is a base of fun people!

Keep yourself warm as it will be very cold this year in HK and eat well yah! During training days, we used to go down to the mock up when we are free to practise at our own time, but never go down alone (for safety reason) :)

If you have any personal question you might want to know about training please PM me anytime!

Please take good care and hope to fly with everyone of you one day! :)

Cheers PIGGYBAG

HI all,

just thought you might want to know... there is a crew area.....(for you information... headland is only for CX crew to stay only)... so on the 23rd floor there is a rest area wherby there will be some computers with internet access but sometimes it could be alittle quiet if you intend to go up there alone... erm.. you can do your laundry there.... purchase the token from the lobby and can wash loads of clothes.... free coffee and fantastic view and chill out area...:)
room internet is also available..... but you have to PAY but i find the rates quite reasonable... you can opt for the "one mnth" duration .. which i thought is the most perfect deal.... ask the reception upon checking in :)
hope imformation is useful

Entry e-Assessment

Post by Favoured_Blessed_Loved » Fri, 23 Jan 2009 6:12 pm

Hi Piggybag!

I am rather concern about the e-assessment as I do not have much time to prepare (still busy with my current job). Quite overwhelmed by the materials given. Care to share some tips on preparing for the entry e-assessment? What will happen if anyone did not do well for the entry e-assessment?

hi

worry not about the e assessment, it should be quite easy if you have gone through the notes. I would call it a practise or prep you to take the CBT(computer based training) with the training school. You can actually try many times for the test before submitting online. But bear in mind it is just a entry test. The exam format is about the same, but worry not if you listen well to the trainers,as they normally will "highlight" to you the important points :)

Sorry for the late reply ... i guess you guys must be in hkg right now :) Have fun!

Best regards
