Paige,
I tink u saw me I guess. while I was waitin to c the doc, I saw 2 gals fillin up the forms for the cabin crew med.
I was wix a guy fren. Wanted to approach u guys but my fren told me not to disturb u gals fillin up the forms.
Hope we will all clear the med!
the 1 tt took our height, weight & eyesight told me the report will be out in a few days. the doc oso told me tt he will make a 2nd call for us to do the med check again if we fail the blood count & urinal test as there r quite a few gals from the previous batches returnin to do a 2nd med check.
I actually did a blood donation 2 weeks ago & declared it. so the doc told me of these details.
no worries ya. guess we'll be able to clear this.

thats the hearing test.
anyway, jojoleona .. tho im overseas, i can stil reply coz my fren got internet access.

Hi Jas85,
Nice seeing you!
Looks like this batch looks like a young batch!! keke..
Anyway, i would also like to share more on my medical. For the ear test thingy, the doc didnt do a whisper test on me, but he did check my ear.
He told me something which some of you wana take note.. He checked my feet.. which i felt quite funny.. then he explained to me that.. previously, some shortlisted gals were rejected after checking the feet, which i find quite surprise.. He mentioned that becoz on the base of our feet, some people have thick skinned or died skin or flesh below our 1st and 2nd toe.. which i think can be remove if we do pedicure regularly.. I had abit of flesh there.. but i told him normalli can be remove after my pedicure.. then he told me that.. beter go for pedi IF im selected and go to HK. Hope it is not too complicated to understand what I'm trying to say??
Cheers!

ok the doc did told me tt being a cabin crew has to stand for long hours.
tts y we cant afford to have dead skin or corns growing on our feet.
for me, he says there's nth much wiv my feet except the veins r more prominent..
he used the so called thermometer look alike to check for both ears. no whisper test was done for me. its not really a detailed check so I guess snows & felixtwp dun hv to worry much ya.. juz rmb to clean up ur ears & it shld be fine.

Hey Paige, i think we saw each other. I arrived shortly after you. The doctor checked my feet too. There was a patch of thick skin on my right foot, and the doc says CX is quite strict on that because they are worried it might affect us wearing shoes. So now, I'll have to try to remove that patch of skin before going back to the doctor next week for a review. So remember, try to remove any dead/thick skin on your feet before going for your medical check up so that you won't need to go back to the clinic for a review. He will check for any visible veins on our legs too. There wasn't any whisper test done on me.
