I actually got an interview for an inhouse position as sales & marketing. To My surprise, there is a group interview just like cabin crew to see your participation in being a team player which is part of Cathay Policy...Hmmm.. Welll.. i thought it was just a one to one since this is an office based position. Weird...anyway...

CX is so nice that when I told them I'm not able to attend my interview on 8-Oct as I will be overseas and they rescheduled for me! Didn't expect it and nearly wanted to give it a miss until i saw their email..

hi dear all, hw was interview tdy? i heard from a current cx crew sayin tt 1st is in grp 8-10, for self intro n then grp disscussion, aft tt ul ve to wait for 1-2 wks for them to reply whether u r being selected.

then 2nd round will b u alone w the interviwer...=)

Hi aishananda, dont bother for them to reply you to confirm your attendance. They wont and will never...As long as u receive the invitation and have reply them to confirm your attendance within their stipulated deadline..It is fine, just go.
