Hi,
Im going to Singapore in a few weeks from Sweden. I will be working for 6 months and then returning home.
I read that I cannot bring chew tobacco ( snus here in Sweden ) with me. Is this true?
Do they sell chew tobacco in Singapore?
I really hate smoking, so any smokeless tobacco available would be of interest.
Thanks for your help!
Regards
Alex

Never seen it here. I think there is no rule per se about chewing tobacco, just limit on duty free allowance of tobacco.

I know you used to be able to find both types of smokeless tobacco here, snuff and chewing tobacco. I left the oilfields many years ago (late '80's) but back then we could still get loose for rollies, snuff & chewing at some of the tobacco shops. Now days, no can do.....
Q9: Can I bring tobacco and chewing tobacco into Singapore?
A9: Tobacco products must be declared in customs. Chewing tobacco (snus) is forbidden in Singapore. More information about Singapore Customs at:
