If you cannot speak without using profanity, then you will be a footnote in the history of this board. I hope I've made myself clear.

Oh, I can speak without cursing that is. I just don't need your rude attitude and malicious and useless comments that you like to put out just to waste your own time. Got nothing else better to do, mister "profanity" free?

you have to register the company and pay all the monies first if I am not mistaken. One thing in SG is that you pay first, even if they decide they don;t want you or change their mind they at least have your money!
Don't p*ss me off! I am running out of places to hide the bodies.

I concur. Once the AIP has been approved, you must be able to demonstrate $50,000 in a company bank account. You can't get a company bank account without an incorporated company and a directors resolution authorizing the bank account.

Alright, thanks guys. Finally some useful information. I have just incorporated my company and the documents I have are:

- Business Profile
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Company Registration No.

Along with my original passport, would this be enough to open a company bank account say at OCBC or do I need even more documents?

Isn't this practiced everywhere in the world, not just Singapore?

What is a director's resolution?

Yes , I did provoke you and you got suck in big time. It is your attitude towards others. You are so full of yourself that you did not see from the other side of the coin. You paint a bad picture abiut ICA officers which I think is not justifiable. You will be able to adapt here very well with your memememe syndrome attitude
You need help, we will try but from previous post it seems that you are not even able to google the basic things.
I wonder, since you are wanting to set up your own business in SG, the first port of call will be MOM, then on acra and company secretary, you are not able to do it for yourself. For a minimal fee your company secretary will do all the basics guideline.
Then on post if you have any doubts. SE , UK designer, and many here are pros in Entrepass set up, they will try to help
BTW I am a local although I have not lived here for sometimes, I do despise the local memememe syndrome.

Oh yes, I adapt here damn well. I've been living in SG for years. Go figure, sunny!

Well, what's wrong with obtaining information from different sources? I have used google and bing many times, thank you very much, but I would like different sources to compare the answers to. Anything wrong with that? What's wrong with using SingaporeExpats forum as another source? Are you also going to footnote me in the history of this forum just asking for advice on EntrePass application, especially for a first timer? As a sidenote, if you, "Mad Scientist", choose to trust a single source without seeking others to verify, then you need plenty of growing up.

I have mememe syndrome you say? Well, I reckon you have the narrow minded / bully syndrome where even asking basic questions about the EntrePass is not allowed. Let me ask you something, what do you do for a living, if you do anything at all that is? I hope you're also not wasting your time like sundaymorningstaples (your sidekick) coming in here making fun of people who are serious in seeking advice from others who are experienced in running a company in Singapore like Strong Eagle.

As for the ICA officer, you obviously didn't read my other post, where I explained the whole situation in detail. My opinions are honest. There's plenty of people coming to forums just to seek opinions and advice whether positive or negative. I am surprised you don't know how forums work on the Internet.

Speaking of the ICA, I am curious as to why you are so defensive towards ICA officers, or perhaps you're just trying to kill more time bullying forum users to get a kick out of your boring and unproductive life. It's all coming clear to me and I must also say your username suits your personality damn well, Mr. Mad Scientist.

How do you reconcile coming to a community and seeking, wanting, nay demanding help, with being so unnecessarily rude about the members and others in general?

How am I being rude when I am just asking questions? Those being rude are the ones you know well. Perhaps you should read previous posts and find out who's rude before accusing me of being rude without knowing who provoked it.

I have read the topics, including your posts from when you first showed up. So I'm not rushing to unwarranted conclusions, just you do seem to dig your own grave at double-time speed, and then wonder why you're standing in a hole.

So are you all going to be preoccupied with the ICA complaint I made? Can't move on can ya? I guess that says a lot on how you live your life. Digging my own grave? LOL, or rather finding out what kind of immature users are abound in this forum. Are you one of them?
