Art Teacher

Hi Was wondering if anyone can recommend and art teacher ?

I dont really want to commit and pay up front for a package of classes id rather find something flexible that I can pay for as and when.

I am planning on painting a canvas as a suprise gift and so just need some help and guidence along the way off someone who knows what they are doing.
