warning for online dating
Hi, All friends
Especialy ladies, who are using the online dating. I suggest you to be more careful as there are some people who sweet talks and finaly appear asking money. The way of course is not that obvious than i tell, but it s tricky.
For ladies, who wish to meet Mr right, online is good, but must be smart and wisdom to protect yourself.
I have heard many cases, recently two happened in one month. Internet is a good and convinient way, but also risk way, please be aware.
God bless
LG

Re: warning for online dating
Great tips. I guess more people are meeting new friends online. Always get your friend to go along when meeting someone on the first date and do not trust anyone easily.lordsgrace wrote:Hi, All friends

I can just imagine a guy waiting for a blind date to arrive and she brings a friend! Like waiting for a bus, wait for ages and two come along at the same time.ElvinYeo wrote:Great tips. oh.. these scams, pretty easy to tell though.
Normally, they would get the pictures from internet. The pics would look so good, like in the magazine and they will definitely look so damn good !!
remember, good looking guys are 99% gays !
these scams are not as scary as the other kind.
This kind, they are really exist ! working here in Singapore , in a very high position in some foreign companies, living in expensive condo...
They basically just wanna have ONS though.. so if you are not looking for an overnight fun, should be careful !

It's right, there are more and more fraudsters on online dating sites nowadays (read up here). So you have to be really careful, however, I am always wondering how on earth people can end up sending people who they have never in their live seen before heaps of money
I understand that falling in love may make you go crazy, but the stories that are in the news all the time are really way over the top. Interestingly most of the time those stories are about women being ripped off through online dating - so maybe this is something I as a man will never be able to understand

I once got to know this girl at Passion.com.
She said she's from London and showed me pictures of her. Her pictures were decent. Not the pretty type tt u look at it, u know they are fake. We chat for about 2 to 3 weeks. Thru it, she's (maybe even he) quite smart, prep me by telling me that she is going to africa for a project research. So happened that when she's about to leave for africa, her mother (in old folks home cos she's single child) told her that her great grandfather left her mum a will.
When she went over (like she did, or maybe all the while she's there), she did her research work & also met up with the lawyer. From there, I sense something fishy and didn't cont corresponding to her
For online dating, as long as money is mentioned without even meeting face to face, you know liao. If meet face to face and still con ur money, this type hard to prevent liao, cos if they dare to exchange number & meet you to con your money, it is planned & schemed, quite hard to tell.
