Yoga Salespersons should know better!

Post by cleo_piscesgal » Thu, 21 Aug 2008 10:39 am

I've never believed that yoga can actually brings you good health both physically and mentally. I've been a gym girl... cheerleading and aerobics in school... I always believed in a kind of fitness that makes your body moves non-stop.

Well, I gotta change my mind. My friend dragged me to do yoga with her and guess what I started to feel like switching myself to do hot yoga for fitness instead of hitting the gym.

Like I said, it brings you good health both mentally and physically. I tried Bikram Yoga (City Hall Studio). It's the original hot yoga created by the yoga guru Bikram Choudhury... practiced in a heated room of 40 degree celsius. It's a 90 mins session which includes 26 postures plus 2 breathing exercises. I'm thinking of buying their membership. If anyone here has any comment abt Bikram Yoga or other hot yoga... do share with me. I'd like to know more before I sign up for the membership.

Ermmm... They offer many kinds of packages... they have yearly ones and class cards as well. You can go to their website to check out though coz too many to list here.

tic....toc....... BZZZZZZ! You fouled. I gave you the benefit of the doubt but 4 posts including one that dredged up a 4 years old thread just to post about this place is soliciting. And you knew it and that's why the hesitation in answering the shills questions.

Bye-Bye....
