I am new in Singapore so could you please suggest a good saloon for hair rebonding for ladies. It should be affordable too somewhere below SGD 300.

Not sure about the price and its been a year since my daughter had her hair done at a salon located in Ngee Ann City. I can't remember the name of the place, but it was Rita who we dealt with and the salon was located on the same floor as Singtel and Coffee Bean. I think.
