Pinewood Gardens experience??

Hi there,
does anybody have experience with Pinewood Gardens condo?
We (2 x 36, 18month) are searching and found Pinewood Gardens.
Any other hot suggestion? We are looking at 2000sqft +, family condo, balcony or patio, lots of daylight, 4+1 bdrms, no walk up, good conditions, ...

hey there - i looked at pinewood garden last year. i kept a cheat sheet with comments for the next time we have to look. they included the patio in the square footage so beware that room size may be smaller than you think. there were lots of families - good facilities - but one of the units i looked at faced construction and was quite loud (also beware of dust).
