Hey friends - liked this XKCD comic from the other day:

Mrs C and I tried to use Google driving directions one time, and it put us in almost the same situation - had to "find the ferry man" !!!

Public transport directions now also available on Google Maps.

I can't find the options to set for astral plane directions, though.

Unfortunately Google have fixed the bug that gave driving directions over the ocean Very good for a laugh! but I see that they do manage to pick up car ferry's.

The good news is that google still allows you to Kayak across the atlantic - try LA to Tokyo
