change of employer

hi

I am working on a work permit for 4 years in singapore.My s-pass has been approved with another company recently.But my current employer is not willing to leave me.what should I do to cancel my previous employment and proceed with the new one?

Resign. Give them a written letter of resignation. Work out your notice as required by your contract then take your WP to MOM and turn it in yourself if they wont.

If they are holding your WP pass then call MOM and inform them what is happening. The employer will be in the s**t!
