Im new to singapore and have a little munchkin who is 9 months old-girl.going nuts looking for a maid.loving the food but missing friends:( anyone interested in meeting up?

i am interested in cooking classes, a maid n making friends!!
why dont we meet up on the 19th around 2 pm at forum? my mum is here and has extended her stay. i have not managed to get settled in as much i wud have liked to so wont be in a position to entertain at home....

Scooby - there is a children's playground in the basement of the Forum, if you are definitely going on the 19th (with or without your baby), i am keen to meet up.

i can bring my 11 month old and he'll be happy to play down there with my helper while us moms chat ...

not nervous at all. i can think of a number of other situations that i find more nerve-wracking ! like packing my belongings and moving to a new country, already done it and it ain't so bad.

after living on my own in New York city, i can just about do anything.

no not nervous but excited to meet ppl in a similiar situation...lets all do a head count on the 18th to see who all are up for it n decide a venue.
