New services business for IR, How to find AI

Hi Guys,

I'm actually handling some small businesses but recently i have been thinking of starting another new services line business for Integrated resort and high class hotel. i'm wondering where can i find angel investor.
As the fund i needed to loan is far from getting the loan approved from bank. I'm not sure if i need any requirement e.g proven track record or proven research. but i find this business is very effective and profit earning is great.

i'm open to all, so i need some help here.
