paediatrician inetrested in working in singapore

hi,
i am a paediatrician with 2.5ys experience after post graduation from India. i want to move to singapore & work there. i have few quiries,if anyone can answer:
*do i need to give any exam prior to work in singapore.
*do i need to be regietered with singapore medical council first. what kind of registration will i get-permanent/temporary.
*where should i apply 4 job-hospitals directly/ should take any clinical attatchment from any private practitioner..
*salary scale for a doctor like me (specialist with 2.5ys exp).
any inputs from anyone will be highly appreciated.
