I am buying a used Avante 8 months old OPC , 3000km ,from my friend who is migrating out of singapore. Its going to be my first car. I need advice on how to get a car loan for a used car and which bank will give the lowest interest rate in the market.
Is the process of car transfer and car loan best when done via a qualified agent or can it be done by oneself?
Could you help me search for a bank which is offering low interest rate or recommend any agent for a smooth transfer. My friend is leaving in 2 weeks time so I am short on time.
How long does the whole process take?
