Dual Citizen with Employment Pass: What passport to use?

I am a dual citizen of Philippines and Canada, currently holding an employment pass in Singapore. My Philippine passport is the one linked to the Employment Pass with the entry stamp. I will be travelling to Paris and to avoid having to get a visa, I plan to use my Canada passport.

In this case, is there any issue with my leaving/ re-entering Singapore? What passport do i show?
Can I show my Philippine passport to leave but my Canada passport in France? Then my Philippine passport again to come back and re-enter Singapore?

Please help!

Shouldn't be a problem. My dual citizenship/dual passport kids have been doing it for years.

I have a UK passport and a HKID.

Last time I visited Singapore I came in on the UK passport.
Then my next stop was HK and I used my HKID,
I then returned to Singapore using my UK passport.

No problem at all.
