This is on our short list of about 5 Eastcoast
condos but it's the only one I've never actually visited before. The pictures look good and the location is superb.
Probably a long shot but has anyone viewed/lived at Villa Marina especially the 3 bed 1152sqft apartments, are the bedrooms/living area smallish?

yep, viewed a couple of 3 bed apartments on the ground floor there about 6 months ago. If you like living in a cave then go for it, I found it all a bit dark, even during the daytime. blocks are located closely together
The pictures are a little deceiving but the development is in genral good order for a 10yr old
condo.

its is cave like i agree....the "pool view" is like a fort from the inside...
