forming a 3 man basketball team and a challenge match

I am a video producer and have this idea of getting a 3 man basketball team, feature them on-line to look for challenger and then schedule a match in a nice location. The match will be video recorded and stream on-line as well. Winners stay to look for another challenger.
Any takers or more suggestions to make it more exciting ?
