NEED BUSINESS AND TECHNICAL ADVICE!

I am interested in starting an internet site but need advice on the business plan itself--viability of the business concept, etc. I also need help on finding someone to build the website should the business plan be viable.

Are there any government/educational agencies or centers in Singapore that advise entrepreneurs? In the US there are agencies made up of retired business executives who provide free consultation services to clueless people such as me. Anything like that here?

The viability of the business will depend on how much effort you put into your research and data collection, to minimise the risk of failure. Is there demand out there for your product? If so how much demand? You can PM me, if you want to meet up for a chat.
