Looking for Sugar Replacement here in Singapore

Post by sundaymorningstaple » Sun, 27 Jul 2008 2:46 pm

I am looking for Xylitol which is a natural sugar replacement with a very low GI of 7 and 75% less carbs than sugar. In it is sold under the brand name of Perfect Sweet™ by SweetLife™ in the UK and "Healthy by Nature Ltd" in the UK.

Anybody using low GI products know where I might find this sugar replacement here in Singapore?

Problem is I don't need a ton of the stuff, only a couple of kg. Thanks ksl, I found that one through Alibaba B2B earlier today. Kooky (seasider) on Singaporum had a link to an online shop which she graciously posted over there this afternoon. Bloody expensive stuff here at $24/lb ($53/kg).

Will try to contact your link tomorrow to see if they actually distribute user sized quantities or only commercial size quantities for food processing industries.

Did you read the thread? The only supplier we've found has already been posted by ksl.
