I don't work at MOM. I am an HR manager with around 16 years experience in recruitment & HR management here in Singapore.

Dear Sundaymorningstaple and other friends,
Maybe need ur help again:)
According to your so many years experience, if the application is sucessful, then what should be the status of checking through EPONLINE? Is it approved, or sucessful, or others? If it's the first one, then why EME LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT PASS was not found valid through WPD's EP/DP/LTSVP Status Enquiry system?
This really confusing me a lot, and I'm worring about that will the approved status be changed?
Many many thanks for ur reply.

When you originally applied I am assuming that you applied for an EP. When your employer applied, they may well has also ticked the box "if EP is not successful, will employer/employee accept an "S" pass. So there is the distinct possiblity that if it were approved you could find yourself on an "S" pass instead of an EP. This is only a guess so I guess a call to MOM may well be in order for you. As I don't log into the system everyday (my HR Exec does that on my behalf) I don't really have an answer tonight. I might have a chance tomorrow to log in to see what you are referring to.

Congrats, anyway I was also advised by my employer to take the aptitude test, they applied for my s pass already then suddenly MOM sent them a letter stating that I need to take the test.
