I know about this salon in the forum you mentioned and did tried out their services and I love their IPL treatments. I did 2 type of treatments, IPL skin rejuvenation and underarm hair reduction.
The price of their services is very reasonable, I've only paid $58 for ipl face trial and $350 for 5 sessions of underarm GSS package. My face become more radiant and smooth, my underarm dark patch have lightened just after 1 treatment. I'm soooooooooo happy with the result and I'm looking forward to my next underarm session and face treatment.

riko really $350 for 5 sessions ipl underarm? is for lighten the dark patch on armpit? Is it painful and do you need to sign up other package then can purchase it?
Form what I read from all posts from CC, seem very effective and I know outside minimum at least $200 to $300 per session, let said package price cheaper also must sign up 10 sessions so end up still paying close to 2K for package, If only paid $350 for 5 sessions is super duper cheap.

Yes is only $350 for 5 sessions ipl underarm and you dont need to sign up any other package for it. It is actually for hair removal but IPL will lighten anyway dark patch so its a great bonus.
They are damn hot in CC, after I read all raves in there then I decided give it a try. I am surprise here only have announcement of them but no posts about it?

I've given up on the IPL stuffs after trial 2 times with 2 different salon. The first day, the skin looked smoother, radiant, but after that, pimple breakout. No idea why. After the first trial, I thought it was jut a coincidence. However, now I am pretty sure it is the IPL that gave the outbreak.
Anyway, different ppl, different reaction.
I also tried for underarm. Seems quite ok. But after i read an article on how the IPL works, I decide I will just do the traditional way (pluck/shave). U won't know what happens in near future when you already destroy all those hair root etc.
Sometimes I look at the gym instructor, it really tempts me to try it again. But just not worth it if anything more serious happens later just for a whiter underarm

My aunty has been gg for IPL for years, and her skin is so smooth and radiant, tempting me hard but the price make me think twice cos I'm still a student cant really afford this kind of expensive treatment.
I've read up what is IPL treatment from the web, think is pretty safe treatment and I think I dont need any armpit hair, feel so sick and tired of everyday need to shave or plunk it out. Furthermore shave it often makes my armpits getting darker, I dont dare to wear sleeveless at all. so if $350 plus can solve my problem, I defintely want to try it out.

Drugs, creams and typical acne cures sometimes work in a partial way but the results are temporary and the side effects are nasty. The tiny handful acne sufferers who have learned how to clear their acne from within and without ever using drugs or over the counters are the only people in the world who keep their skin clear permanently. Now you can learn these clear skin secrets from a nutritionist and a former sufferer who knows from real-world experience exactly how it's done with the knowledge on
natural acne treatments

I never heard abt this salon before just happened to read the announcement in here and find the price is super attractive. I'm surprised that in CC so many raves about them, not only the effects but the services too.
Are they really friendly and not pushy? Do they have expiry date for the package? Sorry for so many questions.
Thanks

Just to share -
I have been doing IPL with a GP located in tampines.
I did my armpits & full legs.
He charged me a package of $2000 for armpits & full legs (upper & lower legs) - & this amount paid is for 5-6 sessions.
Its so far the cheapest I have found & I can see hair reduction (i am on my 4th session).
BUT, I personally felt LASER is a more effective method for hair removal/reduction (when I compare to my friend's results). However LASER cost much more - like $100 per session for armpits (cheapest found so far).

5 sessions at $350 is GSS promotion package so only till end of July, not too sure whether this package have any expiry date cos I never ask but the beautican told me that the sequence treatments date depend on my hair growth condition so I think should be dont have expiry date.
Their services really solid, very friendly and never push you buy their products or services unless you ask them about it then they'll intro... but I only been there twice, hope they can maintian their service levels all the way.

I went for my 1st treatment yesterday, I was late about 20 mins and already have two people waiting there, but they did not rush through the explanation part as I'm a newbie at IPL and answer all my questions and during the treatment the lady was very caring, she repeatedly ask if it’s painful and I feel really well taken care of, and for sure IPL is not as painful as what I thought, in fact it's not even painful.
My underarms are only a little bit fairer

, I guess I need few more to see better results....but definitely like their services.

Hi Miki93,
I was there as well for my 1st treatment yesterday. Indeed the lady was really good, she is very clear in her explanation about the IPL treatment. She is patient and helps me to clear whatever questions I have. Like you mentioned, she is very careful and caring during the treatment process. She will check with me whether I can take the shot, is it too painful? I don't really find it very painful though it is my 1st time doing IPL.
I like the ambience as well, very cosy & relaxing. I am happy with my 1st treatment as my underarm looks fairer. I am looking forward to a completely fair underarm as the treatment goes by and on the overall, I find her service excellent and I like it.
