pay of pharmacist with no experience ?

hi , i have B.Sc. (Pharmacy) and i am registered with Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore . i wonder how much i should be paid if i am going to be a retail pharmacist ? thanks . i do not have any experience . is it easy to get a pay rise ?

If you are registered with the local pharmacist society don't they have some career guidance department, who can advise on salaries?
