Hi,

Sorry but i do not live there. I do live down the road though. It looks pretty nice from the outside and it's a nice area to be in. We're moving in a couple of months as our current LL is taking the p*ss with renewal rent. If you're considering it I'd pay attention where you are facing. On Meyer road there are two developments next to the Belvadere. one right next to it and one opposite. The one opposite is farily advanced but they kick off the banging and drilling at around 0730. Not sure about the other development but it's fairly new so expect another 2-3 years of noise from it.
