first and only post,,, and from India no less,,, almost sounds like a seeding post for future advertising purposes....wonder what knowledge he wants to share and how long before he tries to 'benefit' from it?!?

They don't. But as Answers? mentioned, advertising spammers often do that to test a site for possible future campaigns. It amounts to the same thing as a placeholder. You will notice that it is the OP's only post.
