Preventative Ultrasound/CT/MRT scans for women

Hi - my wife is due to get her yearly pap smear etc., however she also wants to have a preventative ultrasound/CT/MRT for ovarion cysts/lesions etc. and also a mamogram.

If anybody has any recommendations, particularly if there is an "all-in-one" centre we'd be most appreciative.
