Learning a Foreign Language

Post by vaishnava_janato » Fri, 18 Jul 2008 11:37 am

Dear All

I have a flair for languages and keen to pursue business and conversational chinese, business french and busines german. Of course, I'd be setting aside a year for each language.

Someone recommended the Cambridge School of Education at Peninsula Plaza. I have noticed in these threads recommendation to undertake language lessons from the Singapore Chamber of commerce.

Am not sure what is a well recognised university / body of education, such that the lessons are wholseome. Like in India, I have completed Basic German language from Max Mueller. I have an idea to pursue Intermediate and Advanced German language in Singapore from the Goethe-Institut at Penang Road.

Any Recommendations?
