OMG - i JUST saw one of those this afternoon right in front of glen eagles hospital! my dad is visiting and thought it was a mouse - but i thought it couldn't be b/c the nose was so long. how funny you posted a picture b/c i was trying to describe it later.

Those are not rats but shrews...very common... not to those city dwellers tho...
