How much the Utility Bill will be living in a Townhouse

We plan to move from an appartment to a townhouse. Currently, our monthly utility bill is 300S$, I wonder how much it will be if we live in a townhouse? Anyone has experience?

Err... how big is the town house, Does it have a garden? Double volume rooms? Face the sun?

If you moved from a 1 bed condo to an eight bed town house I would hazard a guess the bills will be bigger.

Why not ask the agent for a copy of the previous bill from the town house?

We've been looking at rental prices for landed property (we will need a decent size office space for the business we are setting up) and they seem very reasonable for what you get.
