I came across this place while going to Wow Wow West, right around the corner from IKEA.
It's called 'Italian Gourmet' and they let you know that their chef came from a 5 star hotel in Singapore...lol.
Anyway, I ordered beef spaghetti and a large pizza (for 2 people). It came with a wonderful mushroom soup and garlic bread.
The total was only 11 dollars. I couldn't believe it. The pizza was a nice, home made thin crust and the spaghetti was wonderful - even it thought it only cost 3.80.
In conclusion, this place was nice, clean and had good italian food. What makes it great Italian food is that it is probably the cheapest italian food on the Island. I will probably go to this place once a week.
