Family(professional, housewife: all European,2 adults,1 child-totally 3 people) is looking for
condo appartment(2-3 bedroom), not more than 2500$ preferably in west area. Maybe someone relocating, would appreciate if any advice or ad is given.

They are out there. I just rented a 2 bedroom for $2500 last month.
It's in the north though, not west. There are fewer
condos up here and the landlords are keen to rent. Some people may have a problem with the longer travel times to work.

It is only my wife and I but we got a 1 BR "studio" apt at Pearlbank. Yes, it is a old (very old) building but some landlords have remolded.
You can't beat the location as I am only 3 stops from City Hall.
Under 2K including utilities. I saw 2 or 3 ads in the past 2 weeks. It's not luxury but its safe, clean, quiet and close.

You may want to try $2600 as you don't have to pay for the agent's fee if the rent is more than $2500.

Yes, I am aware of that site and what they said as I read it before I signed my lease. There is a loop hole around that clause or this is what the agent told me. I think almost every place there has there bottom level rented out. If it was illegal, I would think that they would not be posting these units for ret.
