True Yoga

I recently tried The Yoga Shala near Tanjong Pagar. If you are a follower of Ashtanga practice, it is quite good, straight forward, competent, no frills and serious Ashtanga.

For those who don't know, Ashtanga is a set series of poses. Always the same but the instructor makes a HUGE difference.

I have a friend who got the True Group membership accessing all centres including fitness for abt S$80-90. She got it at a resale.

So why pay S$100 for only true yoga. Go check out the forums, run a search... theres a lot of people selling it!!!
