anybody can help me out? how much is the average price for a 'fat boy' 2007 mileage @ 26000 with saddle bags and screamin eagle pipes thrown in. thanks.

Since share prices usually falls after dividend ex-date, isn't it better to buy after the ex-date (rather than buying for the dividends)?

Does it make more sense to buy a condo in Singapore rather than to pay rent to the landlords?

I already own - the issue is that this distorts the market unevenly. It swings to the market towards the new units and away from the resale units.
