international cooking course for helper

Post by ffsgrelier » Tue, 08 Jul 2008 1:37 pm

Good afternoon

I have been trying to get my new helper on some international cooking course but the ones given on list by philipino embassy were full until jan 09. I shall be away for a few weeks over the summer and was thinking it would be an ideal time for her to do some courses and not get too bored at home. She is very keen on learning new western recipes. I am very happy to show her some but with a baby and 2 other boisterous kids, it isn't quite as easy as anticipated.
Would anyone have any recommendations or feedback on any courses ?
Many thanks.

Try http://www.scbm.com.sg/

They're advertised on this site, you've probably seen it a million times.
