Squash lessons - newbie

Post by pigscanfly82 » Mon, 07 Jul 2008 9:46 pm

heya,

anyone interested in teaching a newbie squash. have been relying on running and traveling to de-stress after work since I arrived in Singapore and reckon squash will be a good way to unwind.

seems to be a relatively dead sport in singapore (in luck on google) so I am not able to find any decent website for lessons.

I am 100% new to the game and promise I am great fun!! any luck in tempting intermediate to advanced players?

happy to pay with cash or beers!

let me know

Cheers

Jess

Hey matey!

Hope you found the lessons you were looking for!

I just arrived in sing last week and I'm in same bout as you last july! You wanna help me get going with some squash for cold beers or cash?

Look forward to hearing back.

Hi jess, is your beer offer still on?

I used to play quite often with friends in HK. But no friends interested in this game.

I am happy to show you all the rules and tricks.

But really, you have to provide me a racket ( i left it home), and beers please!! Cash is too no fun to mention!!

Hi folks, sorry I don't have enough posts to be able to PM people...I have just set up a squash ladder in Singapore and I'm looking for players. Location isn't too important, as long as you have access to a squash court (either condo or public).

If interested visit my FB page for details:

There's a link to the ladder on the page.

Or you can cut out the middle man and join the ladder direct at: http://www.squash-ladder.net/condosquash

Hi gado,

What standard are the players in your ladder?

I've only played 3 people on there so far. One lady was pretty much a beginner, the other two guys were 'average', no real hot shots to speak of...yet!
