where to do IPL hair reduction?

I'm interested in doing IPL hair reduction for my underarm, I understand commit package will be cheaper compare only one time treatment, I am looking for beauty salon have reasonable price and provide good services, the best is do not need to commit too many times for the package. Any good suggestion?
