Where to buy a used car to get from A to B?

We are just looking for a little economical car that will help get my 4 year old to school and back. Were is the best place to buy? Is there anywhere expat's sell there car before heading back home? Insurance? Registration?Thanks

Nothing is cheap/economical. Expect to pay S$30K at a minimum to get something drivable that still has come COE left on it. adpost.com/sg is one place to look. do a google search on used cars singapore and you'll see quite a few online sites.

no need to an expat car la. just shop around in garages and newspaper for your dream car in the open market. one thing to remember, running a car is expensive in singapore, so dont think you can just get a cheapo run-around with a small budget.

U can try to use google to search under expat car, expat motor. There will be some useful websites

Yes Brunbear is right, check that website first...
U will have variety types of cars,budget,pics,specifications and info..
Y not get a smaller cc...
Insurance??Check with them first coz it varies from different age groups and driving experience or NCD..
Likewise for registration..

There are many budget cars in the market actually. If you are getting used cars from dealers, there be 4 advance payments to be made. They are your first installement, insurance, transfer fee and agreement fee. If you are looking at brand new, then it will only be your first installment and insurance.
