Medical Insurance

My husband has some sort of offer on the table for a job in SG. One of the points that was on the offer said the company would cover his medical insurance but he would have to contribute towards mine. What % would they expect him to contribute towards mine? Sorry I know I am asking how long is a piece of string. Help.

did your husband not find out what's the deal on the table for the job offer? everything should and will be on the offer and contract.

I think what the company means is that your husband has to pay the premium for your policy right?
