Know a good endocrinologist?

Any recommendations for an endocrinologist? In particular, I'm hoping to see a female doc as it's for Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS, but I'm more interested in bedside manner and willingness to listen to the patient, instead of a by-the-book type of doc.

Hi, i was at Changi Hospital some time back in year 2002 and found this doctor to be what you wrote. However, i am not sure if she is still at the same hospital or have she gone elsewhere. Below was my last email correspondence.
