Anyone who go to Amore?

Hi, Florence, 22 yr old, here. Just took up this gym membership at Amore.
Wld love to look for more like-minded ppl who enjoys sports n just love to sweat it out.

If anyone goes to Amore, and wld like to look for gym buddies, pls pm me!

don't let the yoga/pilates instructor force you into positions that will injure yourself/are too painful.

my wife's been hurt twice by them... so far.

oh dear, how is she now?

for me, i try to do within what i can do...kickboxing wise is really fun.
for pilates rite, i usually go to the class on sun, e instructor has more patience and will only ask the student to do what they can. The female pilates instructor's pretty scary :shock:

yes! i hear that the instructors will keep making you touch parts of your body that one may not be able to reach without hearing some crunching sounds...

and both times the instructor came over and physically pushed her! maybe it's to injure as many clients as possible so less people use the facilities... just kidding! (i think)

as much as i ask her to join a different gym, she says there's no other women's gym that's as flexible (pun intended).
