ERP rates in CBD to go up, new gantries added, does it work?

If your right you could be a cryptologist, I had no idea what it meant, I just thought it was some crazed combination of the ERP and chewing gum threads.

Hi i did not want to start another thread, since am new here, pls can someone explain to me all the ERP, rush hour rates for taxis?
sorry if it has been asked before....is there a website to check this?
